Resolution timeline

  • Acknowledgement within 2 working days of receipt.
  • Resolution target within 15 working days for standard complaints.
  • Complex cases involving lenders or bureaus may take longer; we will keep you informed.

Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, you may escalate in writing to the nodal officer at the same email with subject line "Escalation – Rahul K. Singh". You may also approach the relevant regulatory authority depending on the nature of the complaint (RBI Ombudsman for NBFC/banking-related matters, consumer forums, etc.).
