These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CromTask digital platform operated by CromTask Business Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a credit report, or submitting a loan application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CromTask is a loan facilitation and credit-information platform. We are not a bank or NBFC. Lending decisions, interest rates, and disbursement are made solely by partner lending institutions.

You must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and legally competent to contract. You represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Business loan applications must be submitted by authorised representatives of the entity.

• Credit bureau reports sourced from RBI-registered credit information companies (e.g. CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF).
• Digital loan application forms, document collection, and status tracking across 14 loan product types.
• Routing of verified applications to partner banks and NBFCs for credit assessment.
• Customer support and grievance handling through designated channels.

Credit report fees (currently ₹49 for standard digital delivery) are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed through authorised payment gateways. Reports are delivered electronically to your account. Fees are non-refundable once the report is generated, except where required by applicable law or gateway policy.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You authorise us and partner lenders to verify KYC, income, employment, property/collateral (if applicable), and credit bureau data. You agree to provide additional documents on request and to execute loan agreements directly with the lending institution upon sanction.

Misrepresentation, forged documents, or suppression of material facts may result in immediate rejection, termination of access, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Upload only authentic documents that belong to you or your organisation.
• Not attempt to circumvent role-based access, scrape data, or interfere with platform security.
• Comply with applicable laws including RBI guidelines, IT Act, and data protection requirements.

The platform, branding, UI, and proprietary workflows are owned by the Company. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal or authorised business purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell our services without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for lending decisions, delays by partner institutions, bureau data inaccuracies beyond our control, or indirect/consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the preceding twelve months.

For complaints regarding services, data, or conduct, contact grievance@cromtask.com within 30 days of the event. We aim to acknowledge within 48 business hours and resolve within 15 working days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection forums.
