Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credit reports

Fees for digital CIBIL / bureau credit reports are charged at checkout (currently ₹49). Once the report is generated and delivered to your account, the fee is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or payment-gateway policy.

If payment succeeds but report delivery fails due to a technical error on our side, contact support@cromtask.com within 7 days for a re-issue or refund.

2. Loan application services

CromTask does not charge customers for submitting loan applications through the platform. Partner lenders may levy processing fees directly — those charges are governed by the lender's terms.

3. Duplicate or erroneous payments

Duplicate transactions or unauthorised charges must be reported within 14 days with transaction reference. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. How to request a refund

  • Email support@cromtask.com with registered mobile/email, order ID, and reason.
  • Or raise a ticket via Support.
  • Escalations: Grievance redressal.
